At Anso Travel, we understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate our clients as best as possible. Find below information about your booking procedure and our cancellation policies for excursions and transfer bookings:​

For instant bookings search dates and availability at our excursions and transfer pages. Enter your personal details and select the “BOOK ON LINE” option that will redirect you to EUROBANK & WORLDLINE SECURE PAYMENT GATEWAY. After submitting successfully your credit card, you will receive the payment confirmation and your confirmed itinerary details.   

***Important: If you require an excursion or transfer with pick up date in less than 12 Hours select only the “MORE INFORMATION” button, in any other case it might be declined, due to limited availability.

If you require more information about our  excursions and transfers, search dates and availability, enter  your personal details and select the   “MORE INFORMATION” option. With this option ANSO TRAVEL will be able to reply any questions and send you all the necessary information about your selected itinerary.

For bicycle rentals, car rentals and accommodation options search our related pages and submit your request for the selected service.

Through EUROBANK & WORLDLINE SECURE PAYMENT GATEWAY we accept: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro debit, credit and prepaid.

For cash payments you can visit ANSO TRAVEL CENTRAL OFFICE in Plakias. For information about other  payment methods, contact us by phone or e-mail [email protected]

* 7 days or more prior to departure: 100% refund.​

* 6 days to 2 days prior to departure: 50% refund.

* 24 hours to 1 hour prior to departure: No refund.​

*** Important: All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] or by text (via SMS/WhatsApp/Viber) at +30 6944755712 to be considered valid.​Please note that refunds are processed based on the above timelines, and any requests outside of these periods may not be eligible for a refund.

* 2 days to 1 hour prior to departure: No refund.​
